You can also put your razor inside to stay sharp. (Just joking:-) This design is good for people who like sitting on the ground like in ashrams and meditation rooms.

design we got out of and 1950's loudspeaker design book. This is very
nice for small rooms or lounges where people may be close to the
loudspeaker. Otherwise it is ideal for people who likes their music to
fill the room and be equally audible everywhere.
